HIGH VOLTAGE WIRE & CABLE

Generally, a wire or cable with an operating voltage of over 600 Volts.

HOOK-UP WIRE

 

Generally specified in the application of internal wiring of electrical and electronics equipment. Internal wiring of panels and meters. Point to point wire. Thermoplastic (PVC) insulation and XLP insulation. Stranded or solid bare or tinned copper conductors, depending upon UL type. Stranded colors stocked. Sizes 1/0 thru 28 AWG.

INSTRUMENTATION CABLE

Has a wide variety of applications but is mainly used for instruments automatic equipment relaying service control circuits.

INTERCOM CABLE

A solid muilti-conductor cable comes shielded or non-shielded and is used to hook up an intercom system.

IRRADIATED PVC WIRE

An internal hook-up wire with several UL & CSA listings. The irradiated cross-linked insulation has been specially compounded to provide a wire that has thermoset characteristics. It will not melt or flow when overheated or contacted by a hot smoldering iron. It has excellent mechanical strength, cut through performance, and good fluid resistance. It may be used for internal wiring of electronic equipment, business machines, appliance, and other electrical or electronic equipment.
