Cords is a very general term used to briefly describe the
following types of wire: Stage Lighting, Entertainment Cable, Curly Cords, Types
SJTW, STW, SJOW, SOW, SJ, SJTO, SVT, Welding Cable, Hypalon, Silicone, and SRML,
to name a few. European color codes available upon request (Blue, Brown, &
Green/Yellow)
DLO & INDUSTRIAL MOTOR LEAD CABLE
– This specification covers single conductor
power cables having flexible stranded bare copper conductors insulated with
chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) or Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) with a
chlorosulfonated polyethylene jacket. Cables are rated 1,000 Volts or 2,000
Volts. Designed for use as power supply to A.C. welders and as motor and power
leads where flexibility and portability are required. DLO cables are suitable
for use in wiring diesel-electric locomotives, railroad and transit cars, earth
moving equipment, and offshore drilling rigs, storage batteries, and charging
equipment. Heavy-duty, oil-resistant, and surface printed.
